Tobias: "I wanna put on the biggest thing you have ever seen, I wanna bring more vocalists, play longer shows, and just make it a giant Rock Opera. Due to embracing all of the different eras and history of AVANTASIA these shows will have an extended playing time, and the whole evening will be dedicated to Avantasia with no support acts. The stage designer has just showed me his stage and light design, and it looks absolutely killer. It will be huge."

Comments about the show

Lena Sokolov said: "It was a great show, Tobi very 'simpa' and Michi awesome! It was my first show this tour but I will see then in some festivals. Great night." Heather commented about the 2nd show on her twitter: "Seriously man, I love you Sascha. You made my night. So there were these Aussies at the show and they gave Michael their flag and he showed it to Tobi. After the song Tobi confirms that they are indeed from Australia and is impressed they came that far. Tobi is rambling about it. He's like, "Wow, people from Australia". And I call out "And America!" so he could hear it. He doesn't. Then Sascha shufles over and whispers in Tobi's ear and Tobi is like, "What?" He finally gets it after three attemps and turns back and says. I call out and Tobi comes over to me and says, "How do you like the show?" I of course said it's awesome (it was actually). But the thing is, I never said Seattle when I called out. I said America. How did Sascha know I was from Seattle? This can only mean that he remembered me from the Prattlen shows in 2010. We ran into him several times at breakfast. How cool is that? A guy who's played a gazillion shows remembers that I'm from Seattle. Second show was much better than the first. I think they're finally getting into their parts. Atkins wasn't nearly as annoying on "The Scarecrow" this time around." Mauricio Gomez said: "It was a really good show, better than the first night, only a little problem of micro, stop working in 'Reach out' but everything was great."
