Helloween played with Armored Saint.

Kerrang! magazine, issue July 1988:

Did Helloween, Armored Saint and Grim Reaper take it in turns to headline? Michael Weikath: "Not to begin with, no. We started the tour opening up the show, but after only two gigs the kids were screamin' "Headline, Headline!" when we came off, so soon after that we started 'flip-flopping' with Armored Saint. Grim Reaper would always headline, except on the last leg of the tour when they couldn't sell enough tickets and we went on alone with Armored Saint for the West Coast leg of the tour; we played Anaheim, L.A. and San Francisco!"

Michael: "The nicest city on the whole tour was without doubt San Francisco, we really felt at home there. Everybody knew us and there were Helloween posters everywhere. The kids would come up to us and say: "I've got all your records on import and I'm learning German at school because of you guys!" It was unbelievable."

Markus Grosskopf: "It really does seem to be a giant magnet of a city. When we were there, just about everybody in the Metal world was in town. We hooked up with the guys from Overkill again and had a great time. Metallica came to our show and we also had a great time. Even Heathen, I think it was, were throwing tapes up onto the stage!"
